Accountability, Anti-violence & Collective Care: One Year Foundation Program
One year program; dismantling male violence and rape culture through anti-violence work, radical accountability, action and collective care
This online programme has been curated to power men to understand and dismantle internalised patriarchy and build communities of care, integrity and accountability.
What to expect & Structure:
This programme is made up of:
> Monthly online group sessions
These will take place once a month alternating weekday evenings from 7pm-9pm
We will cover reflections and thoughts on the work and themes covered, opportunity to ask questions and space to connect with each other in smaller groups
> Workbook & monthly challenges
Each month you will be required to work through 1-2 chapters of our core resource
- our book Radical Accountability in a Messed Up World. We will send you digital versions of these chapters. Each chapter contains different themes in relation to male violence and accountability, reflections and activities.
You will also be offered 1-2 challenges or mini tasks, each month to complete alongside this work. These will vary and will reflect the themes each month.
> Online community on Telegram
At the beginning of the programme you will be added to a telegram group, where you can discuss and reflect on the work in real time throughout the year with other men. This is where you will feedback on the challenges you have been offered and build a community of men
Autumn Enrolment: Enrol by Sept 1st 2026
Spring Enrolment: Enrol by March 1st 2027
Autumn Programme: Starting September 14th
(First group session will be at the end of September)
Monthly zooms will alternate days and times to ensure people have the chance to join. These sessions will also be recorded for those who cannot attend.
Commitment: You are required to work through 1-2 chapters of the workbook each month (in your own time), attend the monthly zoom sessions and complete at least one of the mini tasks that we will post in the telegram group.
The more you put into this the more you will get out.
